September 14, 2006, Riverside County – Pinnacle Real
Estate Holdings, Inc and Rancho Pacific Inc., both Southern California-based
corporations, broke ground on the Riverside County
Travel Zone Center, slated to be one of largest, most technologically
advanced premier gas station facilities in Riverside County. According
to Jerry Norris, principal management analyst for the Riverside County

ago, is fully supported by the County Board of Supervisors as the first
facility of its kind to enter the Mead Valley area, promising to boost
economic development by bringing in $45 million per year in gross taxable
revenue and create more than 175 jobs within the county.
Expected to open in early 2007, Travel Zone will encompass 11.5 acres
in the Oakwood Industrial Park Mead Valley area, serving both daily commuters,
as well as professional and national truck drivers. The complex will feature
38 state-of-the-art fueling dispensers and a main building structure spanning
more than 10,000 square feet, featuring a convenience store with waiting
area; a 1,600 sq. ft. quick-service restaurant; a 1,800 sq. ft. full-service
car wash; a 5,000 sq. ft. cutting edge full-service, express lube &
