GROUND BREAKS ON MEAD VALLEY FACILITY EXPECTED TO BOOST ECONOMY($14 Million Project To Generate More Than $45 Million For Riverside County
 ) September 14, 2006, Riverside County – Pinnacle Real 
        Estate Holdings, Inc and Rancho Pacific Inc., both Southern California-based 
        corporations, broke ground on the Riverside County 
        Travel Zone Center, slated to be one of largest, most technologically 
        advanced premier gas station facilities in Riverside County. According 
        to Jerry Norris, principal management analyst for the Riverside County 
        Executive Office, Travel Zone, originally proposed more than six years 
        ago, is fully supported by the County Board of Supervisors as the first 
        facility of its kind to enter the Mead Valley area, promising to boost 
        economic development by bringing in $45 million per year in gross taxable 
        revenue and create more than 175 jobs within the county.Expected to open in early 2007, Travel Zone will encompass 11.5 acres 
        in the Oakwood Industrial Park Mead Valley area, serving both daily commuters, 
        as well as professional and national truck drivers. The complex will feature 
        38 state-of-the-art fueling dispensers and a main building structure spanning 
        more than 10,000 square feet, featuring a convenience store with waiting 
        area; a 1,600 sq. ft. quick-service restaurant; a 1,800 sq. ft. full-service 
        car wash; a 5,000 sq. ft. cutting edge full-service, express lube & 
        oil facility with detail & restoration capabilities; a truck weigh 
        station; two 2,350 sq. ft. national branded drive-thru restaurants; and 
        one 5,050 sq. ft. multi-business retail center.

        and Pinnacle Real Estate Holdings, Inc., owned 
        by Oscar Etemadian, Bill Angel and Ali Mazarei, have enlisted Victorville-based
